To add your countrys or any religious holidays that you follow into your Outlook calendar, follow these 3 simple steps: Click Tools, Options, and then Calendar Options. Having a timer at your desk can be a great tool. In order to get your tasks completed on time and in a proficient manner, there is a little trick that I use to make sure that I only focus on one project at a time and give it my undivided attention (when I possibly can). To avoid this, try using an online timer instead.

Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. Click on either the toolbar icon that you created, the keyboard shortcut or click Tools, Macro, and Macros…, then click run. Make sure that you cut this, not delete it.
