This is what we do: My husband monitors travel sites and email subscription services for super-cheap flights or error fares. Sometimes one of us travels for work and the other tags along. With us, travel is always interesting. Of course, the investment in travel goes well beyond money. I am not a flexible person.

These things need to be standard but we’re seeing a greater spectrum that this flight to quality where it’s rich amenities you might have food and beverage offering and restaurants, very much conferencing facilities there as well, the end of your journey.

Some people dont play well in a team and can be like that link in the chain that keeps skipping. What can you do if you are part of a team that is not playing well together? Are you doing your part and contributing to the goals of the team or are you getting bogged down with situations? Good team play can be contagious.

I like working with someone who has initiative, wants to do a good job and is keen to contribute to the team, but is there a time when initiative is not a good thing? It can also improve team work and general office dynamics. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice. If you dont have that in your office, why not suggest it to the other assistants? Having a buddy can take some of the stress off and give you assurance that you have someone you can depend on.
