How do I get a recommendation letter from my boss for a new job hunt without raising suspicion or improve my situation without my boss’ help? If you’re already meeting with your manager on a consistent basis, use the meetings as an opportunity to discuss your career path.

I have a BS in management and over 15 years work experience. It is admirable that you have your BS in management.
