I do know that the more experienced an EA is the PERCEPTION is they are less hungry, less flexible, less tech savvy, or less open to learning than new EAs who are trying to get their foot in the door, prove their worth, and are new to the EA role. Don't be an assistant to a Director or Manager if at all possible. If anything, they sometimes marvel at how long the assistant did manage to last.
