I was also casually mentored yesterday while speaking to one of our spiritual leaders. I feel like I’m on pause right now as I wrap up the year whereas I am used to running all over the country traveling and speaking so I feel like I am in slow motion. The point of the above exercise is to figure out if the solution is something that can be fixed with a little action/daily maintenance (go on vacation, take better care of yourself, respectively) or will take long term planning and goals/strategy (move closer to family or save enough money to travel for a year).
