If the meeting is internal, I send a meeting request, but for external meetings I tend to just confirm with them the meeting details by phone or e-mail. Much easier than searching in Outlook and less stressful. When a meeting is finalized, I put the scheduling sheet in a completed file. 411 Look Up 411.ca

You will also feel more in control of the situation and less stressed. Keep an organized filing system and file list. If your boss tends to misplace things when they get it, make an extra copy for your file before giving it to them. Remind them verbally as well when you meet with them. 411 Look Up 411.ca
