Driving too fast is stressful (will I get a ticket? Because driving too fast is stressful, I don’t arrive ready — I arrive stressed. Tasks were bunching up against deadlines, stress was building up, and quality was suffering. will I get in an accident? Either way, more speed makes it much, much worse). So slow down.

People who spend excessive amounts of time alone tend to suffer from anxiety, stress, and even memory loss. Don’t underestimate the effect of socialization on your psyche, and the subsequent effect of your attitude and mental state on your writing. I do think that conversations via social media count.

And he might remember you as the freelancer who only cares about money. Is that the impression you want to create? ‘Nuff said.
