One of the projects I worked on used a methodology called ‘5 S’ which was used to improve the overall office environment. I would imagine a lot of assistants, like I did in the past, use the quieter holiday period to sort all of their office out, clear their drawers and chuck away all of the rubbish they’ve accumulated over the year.
