There are just too many passwords to remember, and that doesnt include my bosss passwords that I also need to know because I have to check his emails as well as my own. Some sites use your email address as the log in, while others require you to create your own. I keep mine in an encrypted Word file on my computer. Works so far!

Tame Your Email 1. Turn off email alerts when emails arrive in your inbox. You don't need to know every time someone has added you as a friend on Facebook or has invited you to join an online group. If you know that you will never answer an email, delete it right away. You will start to feel relaxed.

Although it’s been more than 7 months since I’ve published it, I still get a few re-tweets per week and a decent number of monthly thank you emails. I soon realized that I need capturing devices for only two environments: mobile and computer. After I finish, I send the generated mind map as an email attachment. That’s all.
