My boss e-mails me or phones me to do this or that so I have to pay attention to the pings that let me know I have another message in my Inbox. I need to check my voicemail when I see the red light is flashing on my phone. Scheduling meeting dates and making business phone calls on behalf of my boss. Does this sound familiar?

My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. It is worth the extra expense.

My FAVORITE 1400 - Any time I had issue with any type of technical issue from my pc or laptop to pager to phone to printer to cell phone, you name it, I dialed 1400 and that group took care of it for me.    Filing and other administrative tasks took second seat and piles started accumulating.  Closing Thoughts.
