I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. Review your tickler file, "to do" lists, Outlook tasks, or whatever you use to track your action items.
