The debate over what forms the best type of context rages long and hard still and I’m certainly not going to approach it here! However OmniFocus leverages contexts with surprising ease as well as giving you the option of being able to display actions in the form of different perspectives.

The methods I learned there have gave me greater confidence and speed (i.e. I have sought out learning in various forms to learn how to accomplish this goal. Start by learning a few Excel keyboard shortcuts to navigate in Excel faster. Until you become confident with delegation, you are unlikely to make the most of your staff.

If there are forms that need to filled in and it has a due date in June, I put those forms in the June folder with a bf date on it for a week before it is due. I create a corresponding Task reminder and write something like this: WAITBIN need to prepare form for production by March 23rd. Oh where or where is my password?

I am good at some things, but not as confident in other things. Where I used to work we had a Mailroom and I would plunk what I needed in a tray with a form to tell them how I wanted it to turn out and return to get it when it was finished. Food, food and more food If your event requires food the venue will send you a banqet event form and you will need to estimate the amount of food you need. This is something you really need to experiment with and you will gain more confidence to order less and know there will be enough food. Oh where or where is my password?
