I love the collaborative nature of working at Dropbox! Some examples: I’m working on editing internal team communications with someone at Dropbox Austin, planning the site-wide events for 2016 with the Office Team and re-vamping our European All Hands meeting format with a cross-functional committee. This is so incredibly useful!

Right from the start, I wanted it to be a network for collaboration, development and networking. We now have a Committee who are very passionate about making Guernsey PA Connect an Ambassador for Guernsey, as many people don’t even know where it is. It’s our collaboration that makes “GPAC” what it is. It’s not from me alone.

The first will be for the planning committee and include a meeting schedule and status update communications. Establish a Collaboration Tool and Knowledge Base. By masking her identity from the hiring committee, it guaranteed that she’d be judged on her performance, not her gender. Instead the girls quietly filed into a dreary classroom, shucked their puffy coats, and took their seats behind the keyboards. But the biggest thing she had going for her was that screen.
