My favourite to-do list is a calendar timeline so I can see at a glance where I am at and what I need to do to get there. Prioritize the tasks you need to do for the day/week/month and then do them one item at a time. But I did it by keeping a notepad by the phone and each time I started a task I would write it down. If you want to turn off the Check Grammar with Spelling and only enable the Check Spelling, here is how to do it. To set a recurring 9-5 meeting (as opposed to clicking all-day meeting) I dont like the all-day meeting settings as they are out of sight at the top of the calendar and easily missed. I breathe a sigh of relief when I get someones assistant on the phone or receive an email from them. Knowing assistants and having a working relationship with them is very important and can make the difference when you need to set up a meeting or if your boss needs to have a quick phone call with their boss. My boss likes me to print his weekly calendar on Monday so he can see at a glance what he has for the week so I clip that to the front of the folder.
