Thanks to Margit Crane of Gifted With ADD. I look at my to-do list at the beginning of each week and schedule my tasks in my calendar as if they were a client meeting. I found that if I blocked out time in my calendar, it helped me in a couple of ways. Keep An Editorial Calendar And Stick To It! Eliminate The Hate!

The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. What a convenient way to send cards. She loved it! Dealing in real time.

Use the notebook for everything you want to keep track of: to do lists, grocery lists, client meetings, phone calls, dreams and goals. Pick a half-dozen little items that can be completed in 5 minutes each or less (an email you need to send, a phone call to make, something to look up on the internet.) In the calendar.

Get a single notebook and use it to record notes, phone numbers, web addresses, ideas, to-dos, etc. Create a list or binder of regularly referenced material, such as phone numbers, and keep it accessible in a desk drawer. Add dated or calendar items to a tickler file system or a diary as soon as they arrive.
