I didn’t have the radio on in the car and never even heard the events start to unfold. I was reading a fax confirming our VP’s flight to NY, to attend a conference at the World Trade Center – I assumed it was for that day – I didn’t make the connection. Suddenly, someone asked where our boss was.

  Don't buy unless you absolutely need it!    Start with something like electronic faxes.    We use a service that allows a person to fax to a phone number, but rather than a physical fax coming out on our end, it lands in our email in-boxes.    Go Paperless. .

Don’t EVER send sensitive financial data via email – even if it is split across two emails. Ask your VA/service provider if she has a Credit Card Authorization form that she can send to you, and you fax back to her. But first, a word of caution …. Sending info via email is like sending a postcard via mail.

The photos are stored with some great features that I haven't seen in other smart phones.you can search by month or year.   I Don't Leave Home With Out My Journal, Evernote and My HTC. Cafes with Awesome Wifi and My iPad. Basically my entire business is mobile.

I couldn’t believe it either. I personally couldn’t do this, but it’s quite interesting that people would actually think of this. I work in a back office environment, where 99% of our client interaction is via the phone, e-mail or outside of the office, so I can wear jeans and a t-shirt.

I don't have to schedule anything. Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. You won't regret it. I use Carbonite.

Fax Blasts I remember someone from my IAAP Chapter asked me to fax the notice of our Chapter dinner to a list of about 60 companies to promote it. I dont know about you, but when I get these "flyer" type faxes, they go immediately in the recycle bin. I recently met a telemarketer on a bus when I was in Atlanta.
