Third, I’ve been asked for advice a lot - from a family member about negotiating a salary and an employment contract, a friend on how to interview and prepare for a job, a loved one on how to make the better decision, and with 2 friends who are budding entrepreneurs, and a couple of others.

On the 28th April 2014 I received the following email: "We have received confirmation from John Butterworth at AquaB that the Legionella Risk Assessment has been completed at the above named property. On the 12th May 2014 I received the following email from my letting agents: Immediate Action Required. Sounds very strange doesn''t it.
