The simple truth was that because I didn’t know how to manage those personality differences , conflict arose. Collaboration is their middle name. Because of their supportive nature, “S” personalities enjoy camaraderie and working in collaborative teams. Because they want to be well-liked, social rejection is their kryptonite.
