Working for a temp agency can either land you a full-time job or help to keep you employed while you are looking. Don’t underestimate the value of temping.

I have tried to research what the next level(s) up is, I can't seem to find any information. I have heard of EAs working for successful international corporations and earning a very large salary. Do you by chance know what it takes to get up there? Do you by chance know what it takes to get up there?

My understanding is that most people who dare to venture out as entrepreneurs have a basic level of most skills required for the various roles in a start-up. start-up cannot afford higher salaries. Perseverance (not giving up). To do this you will need to go through some contract staffing agencies in those countries.

Yes, interpersonal comms, IT related courses to keep up with the changes from when I started 30 years ago on an manual typewriter! I did an NVQ to level 3 and have attended several PA courses to keep my skills up to date. I have a secretarial certificate, some general non-credit courses, try to keep up on trends. communications.

After only 2 weeks, I found a great company through a staffing agency and the position was full time working for a wonderful CEO. Keep in mind, the role of a staffing agency/HR is to work for the company and to protect the CEO/client, their company, and their business, and their money. How long do you think is fair?
