There are a number of scanner apps that will use your devices camera as a scanner and upload the picture as a PDF. Scan2PDF gave me the clearest PDF, but the lack of cropping and image adjustment was disappointing.

While the Audit Bureau of Circulations reported a 125% increase in digital magazine readership from 2010 to 2011 for consumer magazines, AdAge reported in March 2012 that the jump still only accounts for 1% of total paid and verified circulation. it allows you to dump all the thoughts you have in your head out into a coherent plan, indicate which are just "ideas", which are in process, which require additional info, and much more -- you can attach notes, links, and pictures to any node, color-code your map, save to PDF/print/share -- I am just loving this tool so far!
