I had to open a different software program and needed yet another password for that. I just make a note for each account whether it's our purchasing page, our network software products, or websites i need to access for various reasons and put my user name and password on the note as well as the website address.

It reduces confusion by improving organization and leaves your work space clean. Work with supervisors to find ways to transfer paper records to electronic versions.

The only reason we have file folders within hanging file folders is that if we need to present files to a client or to a manager, we can take the entire file folder with that information to the client or manager. Outlook is the absolute key piece of software for assistant and all of us should be advanced users on this one. To add a second time zone to your calendar go to Options >Calendar>Time zones>Show a second time zone. The Quick Access Toolbar is great if you use certain actions regularly.

In the initial set up, Collections weren’t present, there was something else in their current place in the interface (I won’t tell what because I still want to implement this for the next major version). You have to subclass Calendars, Time Zones and Time Components if you want to do some fine grained date comparisons.
