Through interviews and ethnographic fieldwork, I have found that the rise of professional short-term-let landlords, in particular, is helping to price local people out of their homes. I am often asked if digital nomads are driving gentrification.

Once the date and location is finalized, if it requires flight and hotel, then I put a travel sheet on top of the meeting sheet and start to go through that checklist to see what I need to do, from getting the passport ready, contacting the travel agent and arranging for a purchase order, etc. Oh where or where is my password?

I purchased a small address book in which I can keep the website address along with my user name and/or password for each particular site. Admin in the Spotlight: Interview with Lynn Holgat. Back to the drawing board. The way I currently store my passwords for work purposes is in my business outlook account under the Notes option.

I know I am dating myself with this ad, but advertising does influence our decisions on what we purchase. I still get some flyers by regular mail and I do still appreciate them when it is a menu from a fast-food restaurant, money-back coupons or notices of courses in my area, but otherwise I throw them in the recycle bin.
