From other executive assistants to business owners, travel agents, corporate event specialists, the IT people, even the person who has connections for hard-to-get tickets or bookings can all be great “tools” in your network. Conveniently, if you have the app on your phone, you could do it anywhere. Your network can be anyone.

One of the reasons I became a Virtual Assistant was the flexibility to allow me to travel for longer periods of time, I now have the freedom of being able take my laptop and work from any location around the world. This may sound obvious but check time zones before you go to ensure you operate as you would from home.

Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). Here are a few of my favourites: Travel. I use the website all the time so it is helpful having the app on my phone.
