I’ve had more mentors than anyone I know. Without a father in my life, I grew up hungry for advice — which gave me a reason to make my relationships with mentors more personal and more meaningful than the average mentor-mentee relationship. Mentors tend to be older than you and work with other older-than-you people.

Now, for my important message and words of wisdom for the holidays. We become role models and mentors. Also make sure you don’t sabotage your career by letting your hair down too much at the company holiday party. When we lead in the 5 Pillars of our life, we naturally lead others. We become that ray of hope for others.
