Much easier than searching in Outlook and less stressful. When a meeting is finalized, I put the scheduling sheet in a completed file. The good thing about keeping them all in a central spot is I always know where the paperwork is and can easily grab it when I need it.

Put reminders in their Tasks or Calendar of anything you know is coming up with enough lead time so they will have time to complete it. Keep an organized filing system and file list. Once you created the model, XCode will generate the implementation files for your objects. Say you have an object called Task in Core Data, Xcode will take care of the implementation files, so all you have to do in code is to write something like: task.dueDate to get the due date property of a task.
