That means that I do a lot of research and soul searching before purchasing anything. Why it was a wise choice: Storing my files in the cloud rather than on a physical hard drive or flash drive makes it easy to access them from my desktop, laptop, iPad, and phone. It’s also super easy for me to share files with others.

The tool allows us to know where the business stands at-a-glance, view client data, track sales and expenses, create and manage invoices/purchase orders as well as see industry trends. It houses so much more than a file index. This allows them to keep it within site, but all projects are kept in an organized file.

They are then placed in a reference (Rolodex) file by type of business and not the name. I File Them (Then I Forget Them). I file them away, and rarely look at them again. If they approved being added to my newsletter list, I also mark that on the card - usually with an NL in the corner. Not Worth Stressing Out About.

The Spiral Notebook Purchase (and then use!) " The playing field of the world is leveling off which means that the competition, pace and stress levels are at maximum. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. It beats keeping it bottled up causing more stress. a 6x9(ish) spiral notebook.
