After finishing university in 2003 I was lucky because there were plenty of jobs available in London. So what happens when you do land that all important first interview? I’ve written posts on both covering letters and resumes so all I would add here is that you should tailor your CV and covering letter for each of the jobs you are applying for. When you first start job hunting only join a few agencies so that you are not bombarded with calls. Interview them too.
