Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. Coordinating equipment requests and advancing concerts with vendors overseas was a nightmare.

Start with your reference, client, and financial files. If you might need to refer back to those papers at some point in the future (for legal, tax, or other reasons), move those items to an archive file out of your office in permanent storage.
