It’s considered a more family friendly environment. Small Firm: You have more of a “second home” type of feel. Your co-workers are more friendly , since you are more closely knit with each other. You get to have more one-on-one contact with your clients.

Basically, this allows you to connect to your work environment via your internet connection. If youre feeling well enough to be able to work from home (telecommuting), an alternative would be to ask your IT department to set you up with VPN (virtual private network) access.

If all else fails, you might want to start considering what type of work environment you are in. You mentioned that youve spoken to your supervisor, HR, etc. Did you take it up each level all the way to the top? If the management at your organization doesnt care about whats going on, is this really a place that you want to be at?

Ive been in offices where loud music is acceptable with people shouting over cubicles at each other, which was perfectly acceptable - it made the environment vibrant and fosters team unity. Its up to the individual to analyze this culture in addition to the individual relationships around them.

I doubt Google would agree with you that AdSense is over. I don’t believe that Google Ads are dead, but you and I have differed on that issue before. My site was nearly dormant this December (always a slow month for me in both posts and traffic) and I still made just under $500 from Google. Adsense is over.

When their readers don’t actually know what they do, because they never visit the site, they simply open Google Reader or their email for the RSS feed. I sat and waited for nearly two weeks without even having a listen, because I wanted the PDF transcription I could read, simply because I don’t like audio. So far so good.
