I mean, few leaders have ever tasted an environment where the team is initiating on their own in better ways than that leader could. And we hear it all the time, you know, how rare that is. Then you’re going to get your phone for the week. Because the end in goal is not to get their bedroom clean. Thank you.

Schedule challenging or time-consuming tasks for those hours. Check: Are phone calls planned?
