Secure the date and time in his or her calendar, taking into consideration travel time if outside the office. Does your boss need to be at the meeting? Every time I use a bus ticket, I keep a mental inventory so I know when I need to buy some more and dont show up at the bus stop one morning and Oops! Actually, my office uses the all day events for the staff calendar- that way we can review the top of the calendar to determine what staff is in/out for the day. Check with your boss and if agreed, unsubscribe from any unnecessary e-mails that may be cluttering their Inbox or create subfolders and drag and drop these e-mails there for your boss to check when he or she has the time to review them. Some emails are obviously junk. Is this something that I can Delete to unclutter his Inbox?

Since I had the iPhone with me everywhere, every time I had an idea on how to implement something, I was adding it, assessing it, moved it to decide or do and then review it once I was in front of the laptop. You have to subclass Calendars, Time Zones and Time Components if you want to do some fine grained date comparisons.
