If you’re not eating properly, or your muscles are tight from too much time in one position, or your stress level is rising, your productivity will decrease. Take a 10 minute nap or a short walk to relieve stress. You need to take control of your life. Take a break.

Emotional blocks – boredom, daydreaming, stress, guilt, anger and frustration reduce concentration. When you enjoy what you are doing, it reduces stress. When stress is reduced, you work more efficiently. Switching and floundering – lack of concentration and focus on one job. Use priority lists to focus attention.
