The goal is to fit into what exists already and understand your role in the organization/seniority. On the outer edges of my desk, I place extra pens, pencils, highlighters, ruler, scissors, tape, tissue, stapler, Post-it notes, staple remover, lotion, hand sanitizer, and an extra phone if possible. You can just write “Thx!”

Staple the cards into a little notebook, one card per page. Next I import them into IContact and send them a nice to meet you eMail.
