Questions in their simplest form draw our attention to a problem, and then curiosity starts digging into the problem. I remember my son at five years old once asked me, “Mommy, why do I always confuse my left and right, but I never confuse my up and down?” Such a simple question, but the answer befuddled me…and the question was a valid one.

You’d lose a crucial part of your life (and your income, if your writing forms all or part of your paid work). If I want to sit down and write a scene for my novel or a blog post or a new chapter of my ebook, then it flows easily. I love that I get emails and comments telling me that a blog post came at just the right time.

Why not write an ebook and sell it? If, in theory, you had all six in solid form before you wrote your novel, you wouldn’t need three or four or more drafts, as King suggests. This made me even more keen to know more about people, which is the focus of my blog – interviewing people on how they got to where they are.

Take An Interview With Yourself Yes, you’re a star and yes you deserve exposure. Take an interview with yourself. Change by reaction is rooted in fear and is nothing more than a form of escapism. All of these mindsets are forms of self-sabotage. Thinking that change is impossible is a form of self-sabotage.
