We use online technology like Zoom to conduct business meetings regularly and accessing files from cloud storage like Dropbox is old hat. Those of us who already own a home-based business are lucky. We already know the ins and outs of working from home. I suppose some might expect me to say yes.

OneNote: My Filing Cabinet In The Clouds. create notebooks and files just like I would with paper, but now it is all organized on my computer. But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox.

Once I have that file ready, I put it in Acorn and then scale and crop as needed. When the recording session is done, you can ask the other callers (be they guests or co-hosts) to send you their files via Dropbox or some other large file sending service. Now I can drag them in but cannot move them. Frustrating.
