Heres a link to download a copy of the sign , if youre interested. Just right-click on the picture once you see it and click "Save Picture As…" If you prefer to create your own, just use Microsoft Word. Many of my colleagues have used this method and I have never seen anyone complain, from either side.

In a nut shell, you download the free software , install it and it’s always running in the background. At this point, you need to highlight the particular word or phrase and then a small blue symbol will appear on the right side of the highlighted text. There is a more productive method that you can use to conduct your research.

One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. To back up your e-mails in Outlook, simply download Microsofts Outlook Add-In file here.

Please keep in mind that this is not Acrobat Reader (can be downloaded here) , which is free and is only used to view PDFs. There is a simple way of getting this type of report to anyone without having to use Adobe Acrobat. If you are interested in purchasing a copy, you can find Adobe Acrobat products here.
