But of course, the boss would get on my case about something, and I would try to just stay calm and not let her rattle me. I did all this, of course, because I felt like I was the stronger one, that I was grace under pressure. Of course, I finally got out of the job and learned a valuable lesson. Of course, you have the one group who is gung-ho, but realistic. Not o make this a rant or anything but I know 3 guys who manage to finish school due to having help from others and they can't find work. Destroying someone's self esteem doesn't actually make them better.

My background is in management, but a girl has to pay the bills. This makes them unstable, unpredictable, hard to manage, and hard to understand, especially because there is not a reliable, consistent way to have them help you help them. Or it could be that he is just mentally ill, has some sort of addiction, or low self esteem.
