I’ve also had the opportunity to speak at administrative professional and executive assistant conferences all over the world, including Hong Kong, Thailand, and Germany. I’m very cognizant of such boundaries, both from a legal and a respect standpoint. Things that require highly specialized knowledge and have legal ramifications I just won’t bring in-house as a service offering. I tend to agree for the most part. This would more often than not be a gathering of contractors, not employees.
