For many shoppers, the local mall is the venue of choice for holiday gifts. What we don’t like however, are problems with the merchandise or services we purchase.

It had taken me 14 years, 6 companies and unaccountable pairs of Christian Louboutin heels to work my way up the PA career ladder and now I was at the top I did not want to come back down again!

Since I got in at 9 and my boss was in an hour before me, I knew he had probably seen it already so decided to suck it up and just go in and ask him. I thought somebody ought to tell her, so I caught up to her and it turned out to be someone from my own office. The funniest was the gym clothes. It was hooked to her belt loop.

Once I feel I've captured every idea on a note, I find a stretch of wall and stick each idea up. "Heads Up. I write down one task or to-do on a Post-It, and put it up on a wall. I can then either leave them up on the wall, and tweak them throughout the day, or I can generate a formal to-do list. Not Really!"

You’re going to need it someday when the smoking and fatty deli sandwiches catch up with you. Dress in comfortable clothes (I recommend Hawaiian shirts).
