I recently came across this list from one of my classes and wanted to share it. Many times in my live workshops and seminars for executive and administrative assistants, I ask the participant to create a list of qualities, attributes, and attitudes of star-performing assistants. Over the years, I have collected more than 300 ideas.

There finding the difference now within London, where actually around Waterloo and Southern’s really come up because of good transport links, whereas Shoreditch is finding it a bit harder because people are traveling into London and then they have got to commute onwards and so they are seeing that additional time.

Go out with friends, take a hot bath, listen to some music, join a club or take a class. It’s really important to keep your home and work life separate. Schedule some “me” time. Imagine that the end of the world is near. Picture what you would do in the last moments of your time. Create a budget!

Take classes, read a book, read current events about new trends that are happening in your field. See what you can change about yourself, don’t try to change others. Focus on the challenges and embrace the strengths. Avoid people that gossip, you will only get yourself deeper into negativity. Expand your mind.
