I was just playing around with the software and stumbled upon this great feature. I remember back in the day when Microsoft Excel 2003 and prior versions didn’t have this feature. Then we upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and voila! That’s it! Now you have a larger area to work with.

Do you find that your staff are not being consistent with their memos, e-mails , the way they answer the phone , etc.? When you try to save a document as a template, make sure that you click on the drop down arrow in the Microsoft Office software that you are using and select template, when using the "Save-As" command.

The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. Then just follow the instructions to installing and using the software. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. Its compatible with any version of Outlook 2002 or later.
