I tried my best to not be tethered to my phone, emails, texting and more. Emails have backed up or even if you were checking email, you still go back through to make sure you didn’t miss anything or you now have to take action on your emails. I knew in plenty of time that my March vacation was coming up.

For example, I set up a sales dial-in call with about 40 people from every continent on the call.
