As administrative professionals, managing large amounts of information efficiently is crucial for ensuring smooth operations. What’s nice about this is that all your files will show up together in alphabetical order by the name of the file. This gives us three different ways to find the file in our system.

For example, when we do webinars, there are things that happen before the webinar to set it up, tasks we need to perform the day of the event, and post-event procedures for adding the replay to our online training center. Add screenshots and videos to support all learning styles who may be referring to this procedure.

The process for ordering office supplies and setting up the conference room for meetings was different. If you don’t have procedures in place, one approach to onboarding involves having the new hire document the procedures as they learn. Set up a branded email for the new hire, complete with an appropriate title and auto-signature.
