In 2020, the couple opened the Sunny & Ranney Home Furnishings & Decor store in Roswell, Georgia, which helps to fund Sunshine on a Ranney Day. It’s a low-cost clinic near downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, that provides affordable therapy, equipment and facilities to patients with spinal cord and other neurological injuries.
