In 2020, the couple opened the Sunny & Ranney Home Furnishings & Decor store in Roswell, Georgia, which helps to fund Sunshine on a Ranney Day. But he found the maze of his care complicated, expensive and not focused enough on his goal: walking again. Then, in 2015, fueled by the revelatory experience, he opened NeuroHope.
