Learn from them and build on your weaknesses to make them into strengths. If someone is being negative with you, ask them why they are raising their voice or why they are being pessimistic. At times, the person that conveys this tone doesn’t realize they are coming across in a harmful manner. Try to forget about work outside of work.

The trick for any of them is to learn to use MULTIPLE TAGS so that you can find them, otherwise – for example, your searches will pull up a thousand documents with the word ‘HTML’ in them. and use a free program like Coperinic, Google Desktop to find them quickly. « Now! Leadership!
