The World Health Organization estimate that 99 percent of the world’s population breathe in polluted air each day. Some of the threats air pollution poses to human health are already known. Analysis of daily air pollution data in China revealed a negative relationship between air quality and stock returns from 2005 to 2014.

This quickly led into a change of career and I became a recruitment consultant working for high street agencies. A move to London happened around 1996 and my first role as a PA for the Director of Human Resources for a recruitment agency. I joined NHS Wales in 2005 and have been here ever since. A fabulous role which I loved.
