Pro tip: It’s not a great idea to set a price for your product before you know how much it costs to make it. I went to an Indian restaurant a few years ago and I ordered, apparently, a plate of molten lava. We leave tomorrow.

I actually walked to the hotel from the central train station, which took about 15 minutes. On my return, the hotel restaurant and bar were buzzing. If your boss is going to Geneva on business Hotel N’vY is a smart choice – it is in a great location, the restaurant and bar are lovely, it is reasonably priced and it has character.

During my time in Geneva it certainly hadn’t escaped my notice that Geneva is an expensive city: you can’t really escape it (unless you spend all of your time hanging around the central train station). If you want to enjoy Geneva you simply have to embrace the extravagance and loosen your purse strings.

If your destination in San Francisco is the Financial District or Union Square, OAK is only 3 or 4 miles further away from where you are going than SFO and with OAK, flight prices tend to be more competitive and the airport parking is cheaper. At first the consultants picked their own hotels and put the cost through their expenses and as you can imagine their choice of hotels varied wildly and so did the price. In comparison hotel rooms at a similar price in London are very small. Generally the apartments do not provide additional facilities such as a gym, restaurant or spa.

Now, there doesnt seem to be a difference in price at all, it is just common practice that we have to do it ourselves. I travel far to try and find a full-serve station, but they are becoming extinct. The incentive was you saved.002 002 cents a litre. That was never enough to get me out of the car! Recently, I bought a new laptop.

I usually contact the hotel directly, although I sometimes go through a travel agent to find out intial names of hotels in the city that are close to my event, but after the booking I always take over the discussions. They want your business and will normally come back with something much better than they initially offered. or p.m.?

I had a great birthday lunch with Anne at a restaurant in our inner harbour. We went on the first big family trip we’ve had without extended family as we traveled to San Diego. I altered pricing on Productivityist Coaching and placed limits on the amount of clients I’d work with going forward. I turned 41.

Prices always tend towards marginal costs. GM wants to sell their cars for higher prices so they can actually make a profit, but customers don’t really care. All a pizza joint has to do to get people in the door is to advertise their low prices and maybe show a mouthwatering picture of a crusty, melty slice.
