Grow & learn; read, talk to mentors, attend training or a conference, watch webinars, etc. One full-time job and a few temp positions came after that one. Evaluate the situation and focus on facts.

I also knew everything I was feeling was very true for me, but also confusing because if my boss didn’t need me, I wouldn’t have a job, I wouldn’t get a paycheck, and I wouldn’t have all this experience to put on my resume. I mentored other younger assistants. How did I learn this? I will find a job helping a person/people.
