During my time there I took the first PA qualification in Guernsey, my HR qualification and also qualified as a Legal PA. Find yourself a mentor that you look up to. We are also keen to promote the PA profession in any way we can. How did you promote the network? I would also recommend joining a local PA network.

If you can prove yourself as a good worker you can go up through the ranks and because they already know how you work, they are more apt to promote you. If a more experienced assistant comes alongside you and provides mentoring - dont refuse it. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice.
